• To make the demo call you request in the "Have Alba call me" form: we use your name and phone number only for that call, which is made by our artificial intelligence voice agent. The call is recorded and transcribed so we can deal with whatever you ask for during it.
• To handle the voice conversation you start with "Talk to Alba" from your browser: the microphone is only used while the conversation lasts, after you give permission in your browser. The conversation is recorded and transcribed so we can deal with whatever you ask for during it.
• To facilitate the contracting of our automation, web design and artificial intelligence services.
• To send commercial communications related to the services offered.
• To manage the relationship with clients and users.
• To comply with legal obligations arising from providing digital services.
